Removal and replacement of drywall, crown moldings, baseboards and door casings which were damaged by water intrusion in the entry hallway, living and dining rooms.

Demolition of the existing flooring surfaces and mirrors and installation of new hardwood flooring and baseboards. A new bathroom shower door enclosure was installed and the apartment was completely repainted throughout.

This unit recently sold over the asking price.
