High Rise City Living

This BJLGC Inc. project, located in The Brannan’s middle high-rise tower in the trendy growing South Beach neighborhood of San Francisco, was inspired by the owners taste along with her good friend and interior designer, Kim Colvin and cabinet aficionados at Studio Becker.

The challenge was to reorganize and optimize the unit’s limited available space for storage and to build in a feeling of volume, allowing for clean minimalistic architectural lines which highlight the owner’s artwork and the million dollar view of San Francisco bay. A wall separating the master and guest bathrooms was removed and replaced with an all glass cabinet accessible from both rooms and allows for storage where there was none. The guest bathroom incorporates a matching hidden cabinet which houses the unit’s washer and dryer.

The successful result was accomplished using Studio Becker European cabinets paired with low VOC paints by Yolo, LED lighting, ceiling flush range hood, reclaimed oak engineered flooring and silestone composite countertops, a truly green project. The unit has a feeling of organic tranquility and spaciousness in a very functional and well organized space.
