High Rise City Living

This unit was completely demolished to accommodate a new bathroom, new open kitchen, new bedroom and closet space and new living room area. The existing exterior fenestration was also completely demolished and replaced with new Fleetwood windows and patio doors. The new kitchen cabinets, kitchen island, and built-in eating area feature a dark Wenge wood which compliments the very light natural stone on the cabinets. An art wall was created at the end of the hall adjacent the entry to the master bedroom with a custom cabinet adorned with a massively thick natural reclaimed wood top. The bathroom walls feature glass tile and natural stone countertops.
