High Rise City Living

Our client’s project, designed by Emily Huang of Huang-Iboshi Architects of San Francisco included the full demolition of all interior finishes including the flooring, framing, drywall, plumbing and electrical. This three bedroom, two bathroom, and powder room condominium unit combines the desire to modernize with an appreciation of more classical architectural features. This project includes all new custom, figured book matched maple cabinetry and paneling, natural stone tops, 3 piece crown moldings, 30 degree chevron pattern white oak, sand and finish in place hardwood flooring, remote control Hunter Douglas roller shades, all new appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc.
