High Rise City Living
This two bedroom, two bathroom, and laundry closet condominium project included full demolition of its existing interior spaces and all existing fenestration was demolished and replaced with new Fleetwood exterior windows and balcony doors. The owner’s design included clean lines and paneled wall surfaces allowing for the impact of the view in front of you as you walk through the front door to the unit. The flooring is wide plank, sand and stain in-place, white rift oak hardwood. The kitchen cabinets are high gloss custom cabinets by Architectura, with synthetic stone counter tops. Other features include; the synthetic stone wall in the living room with custom pop up TV cabinetry, beautiful mitered golden stained oak paneling in entry and interior halls and low profile lighting installed as tight as possible to the building slab to allow for the highest and best sight lines possible. The bathrooms included custom cabinetry, built in TV, and all natural stone counters and showers. Remote control roller shades were included on all window areas.
